A full mouth implant plan is one of the biggest decisions in dentistry. Start with a free implant consultation, Dr Choi will explain what your case actually needs, what a complete quote should include, and whether full-arch, staged, or separate implants suits you best.
Takes about two minutes. Personal reply within one business day.
"Full mouth implants" can mean one arch, two arches, separate implants, a bridge on implants, a full-arch All-on-X, or a staged combination. Two clinics quoting "full mouth" can be describing completely different treatments. Cheaper quotes often exclude the final teeth, the bite work, or the maintenance, and you do not see it until later.
We are a small boutique practice that takes the time to plan complex cases properly. Free consultation with Dr Choi, CBCT scans where required, and a written plan that explains your options, the materials, and the total cost, not a headline number.
Some patients need a full-arch design like All-on-4. Others get a better long-term result from separate implants, an implant bridge, or staged care that keeps the strong teeth they already have. The right plan starts with looking at your mouth, not picking the trendiest procedure.

Fixed implant alternatives that let you eat and speak without thinking about your teeth.
Planning that considers scans, bone, bite, materials, lifetime maintenance, and total cost.

Full mouth cases are not standard procedures and they shouldn't be quoted like one. I'll spend the time to understand what your mouth needs, explain the trade-offs, and write down a real plan. If a less invasive option is better, I'll recommend it.

Not always. All-on-4 (or All-on-X) is one full-arch approach. Full mouth treatment can also involve separate implants, an implant bridge, or staged treatment that keeps the strong remaining teeth. The right design depends on your bite, bone, and goals.
It depends on whether one arch or both arches are involved, how many implants are needed, what final material is used, and whether any preparatory care is required. A complete one-arch plan typically runs $25,000-$45,000+. Both arches typically run $50,000-$90,000+ when fully included.
Mostly material choice and what's included. A quote that only includes Stage 1 (surgery and temporary teeth) will always look cheaper than a complete quote. Always ask what gets you to the final teeth.
For most full mouth plans, yes. CBCT scans show the bone, nerves, and anatomy needed to plan implants safely. We include them at the free consultation where they're clinically required.
Anywhere from a few months for simpler cases to a year or more for staged or complex plans. We'll give you a written timeline at the consultation.
